###Bot appears on the server like a "user" (ability to @delta instead of !chat)

  • bot could also post in chat like a normal user if it feels like it can add to the conversation (Moved to #30)
    • this could be in the form of fact checking or resolving/reporting conflicts (Moved to #30)
    • resolving/reporting conflicts (can be its own feature) (Moved to #19)
  • Bot is invoked with @name
  • Bot appears like users do when typing messages (would really help with making the "friend" believable)
